Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mobile apps published by developer 泉 陈, including NRJT (新编日语) and Great Artist. Each provision applies only when the app offers the corresponding feature. We do not require a developer account.

Information we process

• On-device data: Favorites, reading history, settings, and unsent feedback drafts stay on your device and are not automatically uploaded to the developer. System backups follow your device settings.
• Purchases: Apple StoreKit or Huawei IAP handles payments, purchase verification, and restoration to unlock purchased features. We do not receive card details or passwords, or upload purchase records to a developer server.
• Optional feedback: Submitting feedback sends the issue category, your message, the relevant content reference or artwork, app version, interface language where available, a random submission ID, and any contact details you choose to provide. We use these to correct content, investigate problems, and reply. Neither feedback nor contact details are required to use the app.
• Maps: Great Artist uses OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap data. Loading a map sends the viewed area, IP address, and necessary connection information to the provider. The app does not read device location or request location permission. External websites and apps have their own privacy policies.

Service providers

Cloudflare processes feedback, which may be received through Google Gmail and NetEase mail services. Network connections and abuse prevention process necessary information such as IP addresses. We use these providers only to deliver the relevant services; they may process data outside your country or region. We do not sell personal information or use feedback for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

You can change local records through the relevant features or remove them by deleting the app and its data. Manage system backups separately. Submitted feedback is retained for handling, follow-up, and necessary security purposes, with no uniform automatic deletion period currently in place. Minimal delivery records prevent duplicate submissions. Deleting the app does not delete submitted feedback or platform purchase records.

Email us below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your feedback and contact details. Include the app name and approximate submission time. We may verify your request; records required by law or for security incidents are restricted in use. Map and payment providers describe their retention practices in their own policies.

Permissions and choices

Apps request only permissions needed for their features. You can choose not to submit feedback, provide contact details, or use online maps. Local features work without a connection; purchases, restoration, feedback, and maps require network access. We do not access contacts, photos, the camera, or microphone without permission.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors should use purchases and feedback with a guardian’s guidance. Guardians can contact us to request deletion of personal information provided by their child.

Policy updates

We update this page and its date when features or data practices change. Processing that requires separate consent will be explained and consent requested separately.
